Aestate was built with transparency and sustainability at the forefront, with our production facility having certifications by OEKO-TEX, BCI and Made in Green. In terms of water consumption, our manufacturing leverages a sophisticated water treatment plan that ensures 99% of water used in the manufacturing process is recycled.

By incorporating Tencel, not only are we able to provide a superior towel that is unique to Aestate, but we’re leveraging a sustainable fiber that originates from renewable, natural wood and is certified compostable and biodegradable.

3. When will my Aestate order be shipped?

All Aestate orders that are placed before 12pm ET (Monday to Friday) will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET, or on weekends, will be dispatched the following business day.

Customers will receive tracking details via email, once the order has shipped.

4. Does Aestate offer a trial period to try the towels?

We know you're going to love your new Aestate towels but understand that with any new product being added to your daily routine, it can take a bit of getting used to.

All Aestate customers receive a 60 day trial period to try the towels and ensure they feel and perform as incredibly as we promise.

Aestate uses premium reactive dyes that are sustainable, with OEKO-Tex certification. We strive to use the best quality dyes to ensure the highest color fastness (meaning your towels look amazing after 5 washes, or 30 washes) while being fade resistant and cosmetic safe.

6. How do I care for my Aestate towels?

For optimal care of your Aestate towels, machine wash warm on a gentle cycle, with similar colors. After washing, tumble dry low (low heat). Do not bleach.

We recommend washing your towels every 3-4 days and don’t forget to hang up your towel, using the Aestate hanging loop, between uses for the most effective drying times.

1. How much will it cost to ship my Aestate order?

Aestate offers same-day shipping at a flat rate of $7 USD.

For qualifying orders over $75 USD, our customers can enjoy complimentary same-day shipping.

2. When will my Aestate order be shipped?

Aestate currently ships via USPS for orders in the United States, with deliveries typically arriving in 1-5 business days. For Canadian orders, Aestate ships via Canada Post, with orders typically arriving in 3-7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

1. What is the Aestate exchange policy?

At this time, Aestate does not offer exchanges. The fastest way to have a new set of Aestate towels on route is to initiate a return for your original items and repurchase the items you would like in a new order. If you have any additional questions or would like assistance, please contact us at hello@shopaestate.com and we can provide you with the most effective solution.

2. What is the Aestate return policy?

Aestate stands behind the quality of our products and we’re confident you’ll love your new towels. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will accept returns for items purchase at shopaestate.com within 60 days of your purchase date.

All returns can be refunded to the original payment method, or if for any reason your original form of payment is no longer active or has changed, you may receive a store credit for the same amount.

Please note that we are unable to process returns for items listed as “final sale.” If your “final sale” item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we’ll help create the best solution for you.

3. Does Aestate cover shipping fees related to returns?

For any orders that need to be returned, shipping fees (domestic, US) are complimentary with our customer experience team providing you with a pre-paid shipping label.
