The pile of our towels are a combination of combed cotton (60%) and TENCEL™️ Lyocell (40%) - the highest blend of TENCEL™️ on the market. The base of our towels is 100% cotton. Our unique build allows us to provide very plush, luxurious feel, while still remaining durable and optimal for long-term use.

We built this brand with transparency and sustainability at the forefront. We produce all of our towels and home goods in Portugal, using a socially responsible factory with environmentally-friendly, state of the art manufacturing processes.
By centering our design around TENCEL™️, not only are we able to provide a high-performing towel that is unique to us, but we're levaraging fibers derived from the sustainable eucalyptus tree and its wood pulp, harvested and sourced from only certified and controlled sources.
One of the more unique parts about the production of TENCEL™️ is the solvent-spinning process which recycles processed water and resuses at a recovery rate greater than 99%. -
If you place your order before 12pm ET (Monday to Friday) we'll ship it out the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET, or on weekends, will be shipped the following business day.

We use premium reactive dyes that are made with sustainable raw materials and are OEKO-Tex certified.
We chose to use the best quality dyes to ensure the highest color fastness, all while being fade resistant and cosmetic safe, which helps your towels look amazing after 5 washes or 30 washes. -

Since our towels are not treated with any chemicals post production, in order to experience the best version of your new towels, make sure to wash before your first use.
This helps the TENCEL™️ bloom and really experience the best performance your Aestate towels have to offer.
Machine wash in warm water, on a gentle cycle.
Wash dark colors separately.
Non-chlorine bleach when needed (for our Pearl color only).
Tumble dry low, do not iron.
We recommend washing your towels every 3-4 uses. And don’t forget to hang up your towel in between uses with our signature "A" holding loop for the most effective drying times.New towels have undamaged fibres that can become loose. Any threads found on your new Aestate towels can be simply cut off with sharp pointed scissors, or fabric-safe shears.

We're excited to offer complimentary shipping to the United States and Canada for orders over $150 USD ($185 CAD). If your order is under $150 USD, we offer competive shipping costs at market rate. We also have a local delivery option available for orders shipping within the Greater Toronto Area (Canada Only) - enter your postal code at checkout to see if you qualify for express local delivery.

We will happily do our best to accommodate any changes to orders that have not already been processed. -
Aestate currently ships to the United States and Canada.
Returns & Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
If you decide you'd prefer a different color or size - the fastest way to have a new set of Aestate towels on route is to initiate a return for your original items and repurchase the items you would like in a new separate order.
Cost for shipping the returned product back to Aestate is the responsibility of the customer even if the order qualified for complimentary shipping; return shipping labels will not be provided by Aestate.
We will accept returns for unopened/unused products within 30 days of your purchase date.

If you need to complete a return, we will accept returns for unopened/unused products purchased at ShopAestate.com within 30 days of your purchase date.
Cost for shipping the returned product back to Aestate is the responsibility of the customer; return shipping labels will not be provided.
To initiate the return process, please send us a note at info@shopaestate.com referencing your order number.
Returns can take up to 5 business days to process once received by Aestate and all returns will be refunded to the original payment method. If for any reason your original form of payment is no longer active or has changed, you may receive a store credit for the same amount.
Please note that we are unable to process returns for any opened or used products. If your used product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us directly and we’ll help create the best solution for you. -
